1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Minteligence's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our services.

2. Services

Minteligence provides professional landing page design and MVP development services for entrepreneurs and businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Custom landing page design and development
• Minimum Viable Product (MVP) creation
• Business consultation and strategy
• Technical implementation and deployment

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Final payment is due upon project completion and before delivery of final assets
• Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the consultation process
• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Project Timeline

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors including but not limited to: client feedback delays, scope changes, technical complexities, or third-party dependencies. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they are identified.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and information in a timely manner
• Respond to communications and feedback requests promptly
• Ensure they have the rights to use any materials provided to us
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe
• Provide clear and constructive feedback

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• All custom work created specifically for your project will be transferred to you
• You will own the rights to use the final deliverables for your business
• We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• Third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses

7. Revisions

Our service packages include a specified number of revision rounds as communicated during the consultation process. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges. Major scope changes or feature additions after project commencement will be quoted separately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minteligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and project details as confidential. We will not disclose your business ideas, strategies, or proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are breached or payments are not received as agreed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
